Frequently asked questions

Does the price include setup?


For the jumpers and canopies, set up is included. For the chairs and tables the price does not include setup. However, we can setup for an additional fee.




What areas do you deliver to?


We deliver to most of San Bernardino County, Riverside County and Orange County. Delivery fees may apply to areas farther out from our city (See Delivery map). We also deliver to other counties but please be aware that due to rising gas prices travel fees can be quite high. Please message us for a current quote.




How clean are your jumpers?


We clean our units after every use. We also use disinfectant after every rental to ensure you're getting a clean jumper. Then we actually store every unit in a controlled environment, away from the sun and moisture. This makes a huge difference in preventing mold and cracked vinyl.




Do you require a deposit?


All orders under $100 do not require a deposit. Orders over $100 require a $20 deposit. Any orders above $200 require a 20% deopist.
Deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel your order. For Jumpers, if you cancel you will be given a rain check that is good for 6 months.




What if we need to cancel?


In the event you need to cancel your item(s) for any reason please message us.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be credited toward another event within 180 days. If not used by that time the deposit will be forfeited.




What payments do you take?


Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, CC If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry change.
If paying by debit/credit card/PayPal there is a 3% convenience fee added to the total.




What surfaces do you setup your Jumpers in?


We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt ($10 fee), asphalt, and concrete. Floor must be leveled. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl of the jumper.




Are we responsible for the Jumper if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?


Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars.
