Deposit Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit is required to secure your event date and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations: If you cancel your event for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your event, your deposit may be transferred to a new date within 30 days of the original event date, subject to availability.
If the new date is more than 30 days from the original event date, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure the new date. -
Item Reductions:

Items removed within 2 weeks (14 days) of the event will be charged 30% of the item price per item removed.

Items removed within 1 week (7 days) of the event will be charged 50% of the item price per item removed.
