Deposit Policy

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you need to cancel your event for whatever reason, the deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE. 

If you need to reschedule.. as long as the new date is within 1 month of the original date - your deposit will be transferred to the new date. Anything outside of 1 month, the deposit will no longer be credited and a new deposit will be required to book the new date.

If you need to remove any items within 2 weeks of your event. You will be charged 50% per item that needs to be removed.

If you need to remove any items within 1 week of your event you will be charged 80% per item removed.
